Spinal surgery products include: interlaminar dynamic stabilization systems, bone cement capsules, non-dynamic fusion stabilization systems, and implant augmentation systems.
The interlaminar dynamic stabilization system implant is wrapped in a polyester fiber material to facilitate soft tissue ingrowth and enhance overall stability. The accompanying polyester fiber bandage also restricts anteflexion and reduces the incidence of implant loosening.
Applications
Interlaminar Dynamic Stabilization System: For conditions such as large lumbar disc herniation, soft foraminal stenosis, chronic low back pain caused by facet syndrome, and preventing disc collapse after discectomy.
Bone Cement Bags: Directed cement filling for high-risk vertebral compression fractures (such as osteoporotic VCFs) and prevention of cement leakage into the spinal canal or vasculature (particularly useful for posterior vertebral wall damage).
Non-dynamic Fusion Stabilization Systems (Bone Fixation Devices): Interosseous compression fixation for multi-level lumbar intervertebral fusion (PLIF/TLIF), temporary stabilization for spinal deformity correction (such as degenerative scoliosis), and reduction and fixation of traumatic vertebral fractures.
Implant Augmentation Systems (Screw-Sheath Assemblies): Enhanced pedicle screw stability (reduced risk of loosening) in osteoporotic patients, anchorage compensation for weak bone beds during revision surgery, and mechanical optimization of stress concentration areas in long-segment fixation.
